Depending on which option you choose you will either pay a fixed monthly fee and zero commission on your orders or pay nothing up front and a 15% commission (excluding VAT) on every Just Vegan order you take. So if you get an order worth £30, for example, our commission would be £4.50.
You don’t need to have your FSA rating before you join Just Vegan, but you do need to register your business with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) or Food Standards Scotland (FSS), as well as with your local council.
As long as you send us all the details and documents we ask for (you can do all this online, quickly and safely) and you’ve signed your contract, your restaurant can usually go online with Just Vegan within 5-10 working days.
You can now manage your restaurant whenever you like, all from one place.
The order is available in the order list and when selected you can see all the details you need to prepare the order.
When you get a new order, a window will pop up with the new order details. From here you can adjust the time if you need to – this should be the time you need to prepare and deliver the order. This will let the customer know when they can expect their order to arrive.
